Posted on Saturday, January 9, 2010 in Recaps
Last night on the season premiere of The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love, Jake Pavelka met 25 women and performed his first rose ceremony. He was helped by Bachelorette couple Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski in determining which 15 women to keep.
After a cocktail party that included playing football, a flight attendant costume, a woman wearing an engagement ring from a fake fiancé and another woman getting the first kiss, Pavekla performed the first rose ceremony of the season.
The 15 women who received roses are: Kathryn, Michelle, Ella, Elizabeth, Ali, Vienna, Christina, Gia, Ashley, Rozlyn, Jessie, Corrie, Valisha, Ashleigh and Tenley.
Next week on The Bachelor, the first set of dates will begin and elimination will be held.

Yeah I just wanted to say that I don’t like Aley because she is poison she wants to make Vienna look bad so she can look good. I hate her she should keep her hate to herself. I want Jake to kick her out on the next show. He is smart he sent two of the women that should of been sent home and then the other two so the four total he sent home are the girls who should of left. Smart man. Now he needs to send Aley packing she is just so jealous of Vienna it is not even funny. I heard all the shit she was saying about Vienna and I don’t like her at all. Go home Aley. Jake does like this type of women so what you don’t like it turn in your rose and go home. You hater.
I watched this show last night, it reminds me of a cattle market were the owner picks the one he wants.
Sorry but its an insult to women every where. He is putting himself in an akward position and it showed last night, the women get terribly high thinking they will be the one then they get very upset when he tells them no.
All done on prime time television for viewing ratings, even in real life you treat women with better respect than this!
By the way I am a guy not a woman so this is not a woman pushing womans lib or anything like that.
